Responsible Gaming Policy
Date of last revision: 4 June 2024
General Principles
The Operator is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of India, including the Public Gambling Act, 1867 and relevant local statutes. We take all appropriate steps to provide a secure and balanced environment for users, aiming to minimize the risks of gambling-related harm and to prevent underage and vulnerable persons from participating in gaming activities.
Prevention of Underage Gaming
Participation in gaming activities offered by the Operator is strictly limited to persons who have reached the legal age of majority as defined by Indian law, which is 18 years unless otherwise specified by applicable local laws. We employ robust age verification procedures during account registration and at any stage deemed necessary. Any detected attempts at underage participation will result in immediate suspension or termination of the account and, where required, reporting to appropriate authorities.
Player Self-Protection Measures
To support responsible gaming, we provide the following self-protection tools and resources to all users:
- Self-exclusion: Users may request temporary or permanent exclusion from accessing gaming services.
- Deposit Limits: Users can establish daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in accordance with their personal preferences.
- Session Time Limits: Users may set limits on the duration of their gaming sessions.
- Access to Account History: Users have the right to access their transaction and gaming activity records at any time.
Requests for activation or modification of these measures may be submitted via the support section or through direct communication to our responsible gaming team at [email protected].
Identification and Support for Problematic Gaming Behaviour
The Operator is committed to identifying users at risk of developing problematic gaming behaviour, including but not limited to, excessive spending, continual loss chasing, or disregard for self-imposed limits. We use reasonable monitoring methods and may implement preventive interventions if such patterns are detected.
We cooperate with certified Indian support organisations offering assistance to individuals affected by gaming-related disorders, such as the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS) and local helplines. Contact information is made available on our resources page.
Staff Training and Internal Controls
All employees relevant to gaming operations undergo appropriate training on responsible gaming policies, behavioural markers, and legal obligations under Indian law. The Operator maintains internal control systems to enforce compliance with all responsible gaming measures and to ensure effective monitoring and reporting as per regulatory standards.
